Teriyaki Drumsticks

Ingredients

  • 1 pack Springer Mountain Farms Drumsticks
  • 2/3 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1/3 cup pineapple juice
  • Grated ginger
  • Ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place drumsticks in a bowl or bag.
  2. Grind black pepper on drumsticks.
  3. Pour teriyaki sauce, pineapple juice and grated ginger on top of drumsticks and coat evenly.
  4. Marinate chicken in refrigerator for at least 90 minutes.
  5. When you are ready to cook, preheat oven at 350 degrees.
  6. Back for 30-40 minutes or until internal temperature is 165 degrees.
  7. Remove and enjoy with rice and citrus slaw!
