- 1 pack Springer Mountain Farms Drumsticks
- 2/3 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1/3 cup pineapple juice
- Grated ginger
- Ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place drumsticks in a bowl or bag.
- Grind black pepper on drumsticks.
- Pour teriyaki sauce, pineapple juice and grated ginger on top of drumsticks and coat evenly.
- Marinate chicken in refrigerator for at least 90 minutes.
- When you are ready to cook, preheat oven at 350 degrees.
- Back for 30-40 minutes or until internal temperature is 165 degrees.
- Remove and enjoy with rice and citrus slaw!
