- 1 lb Springer Mountain Farms Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix garlic cloves, olive oil, paprika, cumin, turmeric, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Place thighs into zip-top bag, add marinade, and combine (making sure thighs are evenly coated).
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Remove chicken from marinade and place in air fryer basket. Cook for 14 minutes, turning over halfway through cooking time. Internal temperature of thighs should read 165°F.
