- 1lb Springer Mountain Farms Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon whole grain mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt and pepper
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine orange juice, balsamic vinegar, honey, mustard, salt and pepper.
- Place thighs into zip-top bag, add marinade, and combine (making sure thighs are evenly coated).
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Remove chicken from marinade and place in air fryer basket. Cook for 14 minutes, turning over halfway through cooking time. Internal temperature of thighs should read 165°F.
