Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs Springer Mountain Farms ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 3 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons curry powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 jar butter chicken sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425F.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine chicken, panko, egg, parsley, curry powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls.
  5. Place meatballs onto the lined baking sheet, making sure they are evenly spaced.
  6. Place into oven and bake until lightly browned and the internal temperature reaches 165F, about 15 minutes.
  7. Place meatballs in a deep skillet and add butter chicken sauce.
  8. Toss to coat meatballs, and heat on medium-high, until hot and simmering.
