Buffalo Sauce
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 ¼ cup hot sauce
Buffalo Chicken Wrap
- 1 bag Springer Mountain Farms Fully Cooked Breaded Chicken Breast Strips
- Gluten Free tortillas
- 1 ½ cups buffalo sauce
- 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
- ½ cup blue cheese, crumbled
- Cherry tomatoes, chopped
Instructions
Buffalo Sauce
- Melt butter in a medium pan over medium-low heat until melted. Remove pan from the heat to prevent the sauce from breaking.
- Whisk in the garlic powder and hot sauce until a cohesive sauce forms, about 1 minute.
Buffalo Chicken Wrap
- Spray basket with oil & preheat air fryer for 8 minutes at 400°F.
- Place chicken strips in a single layer in basket, & cook for 20 minutes, turning halfway through the cooking time.
- In a large bowl, toss cooked chicken strips with buffalo sauce & chop into bite size pieces.
- Assemble wraps with chicken, lettuce, cherry tomatoes, & blue cheese crumbles.
- Roll up for easy dipping into your favorite ranch or blue cheese dressing.
